Official Rules — Digital Towns Genesis Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Digital Towns, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Residents of New York (NY) and Rhode Island (RI) are excluded. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Genesis Giveaway period runs during April 2026. Daily drawings will be conducted in participating Florida towns throughout the Genesis Period. Specific drawing schedules are published in the giveaway portal at digitaltowns.app.

To enter, visit digitaltowns.app, enter your ZIP code, and create a free account. Each verified account receives one (1) free entry per active giveaway per day. Additional entries may be earned via referrals: each verified referral grants one (1) additional entry.

All prizes will be shipped to the winner's verified address within thirty (30) days of prize acceptance. Prize values are determined at the time of each individual drawing and disclosed in the giveaway portal. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners are selected by cryptographically random draw using crypto.randomInt. Selection is weighted by entry count. Each drawing occurs automatically when the scheduled draw_at time is reached. All draws are recorded with a full snapshot for audit and transparency purposes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Odds are disclosed on a per-draw basis in the giveaway portal at digitaltowns.app.

Winners will be notified by email and in-app notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. Winners must provide a valid shipping address within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to provide a shipping address within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes at any time for any reason. All disputes arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
